At Zaymor, we believe your shopping experience should be as seamless and refined as the pieces you wear. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work when you shop with us.
You may cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it, before it enters our fulfillment system. Once your payment is verified and the order moves into fulfillment, cancellations are only possible in exceptional cases, such as stock unavailability or incorrect order details.

We accept return or refund requests within 3 days of delivery if:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Returns due to personal preference or sizing choices that are not manufacturing defects.
Requests submitted after the 3-day window.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email 📧 ordersinfo@zaymor.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To replace an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
This policy is part of the Zaymor Terms of Sale and is governed by the laws of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts.
