Zaymor’s refund and return commitments to you are independent of our courier partner’s internal claims process. Whatever happens between us and our logistics provider is our problem to solve – it never affects your right to a refund or replacement under this policy.
Cancellations
Free cancellation before your order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible via support@zaymor.com
Once dispatched, an order can’t be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but the item will go through inspection before any refund is processed.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
Report it within 12 hours of delivery (from the courier’s confirmed delivery timestamp), via support@zaymor.com, with clear photos or video of the item and packaging.
Claims made after this window can’t be honored – we’re unable to verify the item’s condition once that time has passed.
Once verified, you’ll get a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund – your choice.
Size / Fit Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the size or fit isn’t exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer exchanges for size or fit, provided the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Cash refunds are not available for size or fit-related requests.
Request your exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the original item, your replacement ships.
One exchange per order.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as sale or Stock clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items returned without original tags/packaging, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, to your original payment method.
