Payment Policy

ZAYMOR offers a limited, controlled set of payment options to ensure secure transactions and smooth order fulfillment. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the payment terms outlined below.

No Cash on Delivery

ZAYMOR operates on a 100% advance payment basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) under any circumstances. Full payment must be completed and verified before an order is confirmed and dispatched.

Payment Method

Customers may complete payment via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct bank transfer, using the QR code or account details shown at checkout.

• Payment must be completed before your order is placed.
• Uploading a valid payment receipt/screenshot is mandatory to submit your order.
• Orders submitted without a valid receipt will not be processed.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

• Once your payment receipt is submitted, our team verifies it manually against our records.
• Orders are confirmed only once payment verification is complete. Dispatch begins after confirmation.
• Verification is typically completed within 1 hour of submission – you’ll be notified once your order is confirmed.

If Payment Verification Fails

• Orders that cannot be verified (e.g. mismatched amount, unclear receipt, missing transaction reference) will not be processed, and we will contact you via support@zaymor.com before taking any further action.
• If you believe your payment was valid and your order was cancelled or delayed in error, contact us immediately at support@zaymor.com with your original receipt and order details for manual review. We will re-verify and confirm your order rather than treat the initial mismatch as final.
• ZAYMOR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or illegible payment submissions on the customer’s part.

Important Notes

• Any transaction fees charged during payment (e.g. bank transfer or wallet charges) are levied by your bank or payment provider, not by ZAYMOR, and are outside our control.
• Payment receipt images are used solely for order verification purposes and are not shared with third parties.
• Payment policies may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
