Delivery & Shipping

ZAYMOR delivers across Pakistan through our courier partner to ensure secure and timely order fulfillment. Delivery is free on all orders up to 2kg. Orders exceeding 2kg incur an additional delivery charge, calculated automatically at checkout before payment — see the table below.

Delivery Timelines
- Within Karachi: 24–48 hours
- Main Cities: 48–72 hours
- Other Cities: 72–96 hours (remote or less accessible areas may take longer)
These are estimates based on our courier partner’s standard service commitment, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make three delivery attempts per shipment. Please ensure your contact number and address are complete and accurate at checkout – after two failed attempts, the shipment is returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Most orders are dispatched the same or next business day, subject to availability.
- Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery times may vary due to:
- Courier service limitations
- High order volume during sales or promotional periods
- Weather or operational delays
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
ZAYMOR provides delivery estimates in good faith but does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Service Area
- We currently ship within Pakistan only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges & Refunds
- Delivery charges (where applicable, per the table above) are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except in cases where:
- The wrong item was shipped due to our error.
- The order never reached you due to a fulfillment error on our part (not due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts caused by unavailability).
